Accu-Steel, Inc. is a Raleigh, NC based design/build firm specializing in commercial steel building construction. We employ in-house architects and engineers to streamline the process of building your new facility. By co-locating the design and engineering services under one roof, we are able to provide our clients with the most cost effective options available to meet their needs.

| Best client: | Entity that has spent money on a project solution that turned out to be too expensive. In approx. 30% of our projects, we compete against similar design /build teams, where there has been no prior design work performed. |
| How: | Depending on the size and viability of your project we will review your master plan and program (or help you develop one), evaluate your needs and make a proposal that address the aesthetics, existing construction, site zoning, water runoff, building code, fire marshal and dot requirements. This proposal is turnkey including all the design, permits and construction |
| Why? | Approximately 80% of the economic impact has been made before you reach the construction drawing phase. It is much more effective to have the competition between the design solutions and ideas than a competitive bid among subs. Plus, we have found, if you have used the same subs for 10 years, as we have we get better co-operation, pricing, in-put and performance. |
| Qualifier: | These proposals can be very expensive to us, so all we require is your word that our proposal will be evaluated fairly by its merits. There usually is a clear winner. We also ask that you put the effort into determining the quantity and timing of financial resources available to use. We are pretty “hands on” limited to 3 or 4 larger (over $1 mil) projects per year. |
