In 2010 Accu-Steel was privilege to be selected to design and build the gymnasium/performing arts center at Trinity Academy. We think the pictures speak for themselves. The stage area and gym floor are especially impressive when viewed from the mezzanine that we incorporated to accommodate spectators. The acoustic quality of this facility further enhances your enjoyment each time the talented students at Trinity take the floor or stage.

Project Description

In 2008 Accu-Steel helped Abiding Presence expand their church through the construction of a new worship sanctuary, kitchen facility, and meeting hall.

About Premier Communications

Premiere Communications designs and installs customer premise cabling for sites and environments including Data Centers, Hospitals, industrial and commercial buildings, schools and multi-building campuses. Since opening their doors over 13 years ago their core business has been the design, installation and maintenance of structured cabling systems in support of voice and data networks.

Project Description

This client needed warehouse and office space so Accu-Steel designed and constructed a facility that incorporated both. With a combination of metal building and brick, we were able to give the client the office look they wanted while at the same time providing the functional warehouse space they needed.

About River Oaks Shopping Center

River Oaks Landing is a 16,000sf mixed use retail development located at the intersection of I-40 and Hwy 42. The development consists of flexible tenant space perfect for medical office, professional office & retail. Units range from 6826sf to 1200sf; units can also be combined to 2460sf.

Project Description

River Oaks was completed in 2007. The development consists of a pre-engineered building, slab on grade construction. The exterior of River Oaks is a combination of brick, glass, and panel. The development utilized a variety of finishes and architectural elements to make each of the units stand out.

Founded in 1982 International Precast specializes in the creation of custom precast concrete structures for Commercial, Government, Residential and Specialty Products. The entire precast process is performed in house; from design to fabrication, to delivery and installation. Their state of the art precast manufacturing facility located in Siler City, NC is capable of handling a wide variety of precast concrete products regardless of size and complexity.

Project Description

In 1999 International Precast located in Siler City contracted Accu-Steel to propose some space solutions for their growing business that would accommodate the large cranes required in their manufacturing process. We were able to come up with the perfect solution that gave them functional space at an affordable price.
